Day Zero · the Baseline Note

Three things, and none of them changes.

Everything else is mechanism. These three are the terms.

    It opens on the day you join and it never starts over. Not a new file per visit, per year, or per doctor.

    Not a rota and not a call centre. The same person, year after year, and you know which one.

    Nothing sits in a pile marked pending. Every change gets an owner and a deadline, and you are told both.

The only three steps we ever describe.

There is no fourth. Anything else you are told about Zero is a claim we have not made.

  1. Day one

    Day Zero.

    One visit, home or clinic.

    History, examination, and the standard measurements for your age and your risks. You leave with a one-page Baseline Note, signed by your doctor.

    The rhythm.

    You never have to remember.

    Zero reaches out when a measurement is due. Most of it can happen at your door, through NABL-accredited partner labs.

  3. Every result, from then on

    The watch.

    Every new result is compared with your baseline.

    Software sorts. Your doctor decides, and signs it. Always in that order.

When something changes.

Every result lands in one of three levels. The level decides who reads it, and how long you wait.

The more serious the level, the shorter the arc.Three arcs, one origin, drawn against a twenty-four hour reference. Working days are counted at eight desk hours.

Nothing has moved away from your baseline in a way that needs a decision. It still lands in your record, dated, and you can read it whenever you like.

What holds it up.

Five commitments. Each one names something you could hold us to, or catch us failing.

  1. Someone signs it

    Whoever read your result is named on it. Above Green, that is the doctor you were given on day one.

  2. Consent stays separate

    Care, data, messages and research are four switches, not one. Research is off until you turn it on, and leaving it off changes nothing about your care.

  3. Everything is traceable

    For each change: the rule that flagged it, the version that rule was running, and the person who read it.

  4. The record is yours

    Export the whole thing in a standard format, or leave with it, at any time. It stays in India, encrypted, and every access to it is logged.

  5. Response times published annually

    Not the promise above — the measured performance against it. Once a year, whatever it says.

What Zero does not promise.

Four things Zero is not. If any of them stops being true, this is the list that moves first.

    Not an emergency service.

    It runs on desk hours. Emergencies do not.

  2. 02

    Not insurance.

    It buys you a record, a doctor and a review — not cover for what the review finds.

  3. 03

    It cannot guarantee that every disease is caught early.

    A baseline and a rhythm improve the odds of noticing a change. They are not a guarantee, and we will not describe them as one.

  4. 04

    Not a machine making decisions.

    Sorting is bookkeeping, and we will automate it. Judgement is not, and we will not.
